Use sliders to change mortgage value, No. of years and down payment.
The result will be reflected via graph on right side. Click on the graph to see broader view
Detailed result is also displayed via table.

Buttons (Save, Compare and Reset)

Use save button to save the monthly payments in database after you are logged in.
You can save up-to 8 different combinations and the result can be viewed in the comparison table.
At start compare button is de-active and will be activated once the user start to save items in database.
Comparison table will appear on click of compare button which will display various result with minimum and maximum values.
